Collection
If you are collecting the goods in person, we ask that you do so as soon as possible, at the latest three weeks after the auction. If you are unable to collect the goods until later, please notify us in good time and settle the invoice.
If the auctioned lots are furniture, objects with a high risk of breakage or large-format paintings, please pick them up or use a parcel service of your choice.
In case of personal collection, we ask you to make an appointment with us. Please note that the items have to be collected as soon as possible and not later than 3 weeks after the sale. In case you plan to collect your items later than that please let us know.
In order to protect the environment and in the spirit of sustainability, we kindly ask you to bring your own packaging material, blankets and boxes – if available.
Shipping
Upon request, we can also send you the purchased items. The shipping costs, including packaging materials and labour, will be listed on the invoice sent to you. If you request us to ship the items, the invoice amount plus shipping costs must be paid in advance. Once the amount has been credited to our account, your package will be packed and shipped as quickly as possible. We ask for your patience in the event of delivery delays. An order can take between 3 and 4 weeks. Shipping orders are processed in the order in which they are received.
Please note that calculating shipping costs for large orders, fragile items or international shipments may take longer.
As soon as the package has left our premises, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking number. (Please note that this email may end up in your spam folder, depending on your settings.)
Important Shipping Notice for Countries Outside the EU: For parcels to countries outside the EU, there are high shipping costs and to some countries such as the USA, bulky goods shipments (larger than 60 x 60 x 120 cm) are not possible with DHL. Large packages can only be shipped with DHL Express or by art transport.
Therefore, before bidding, please pay attention to the dimensions of the goods and remember that the dimensions of paintings in the catalog only refer to the canvas or sheet, not to the frame.
