With the acceptance of the bid, you become the owner of the item.
If you wish, we can ship the items you have bought. We will inform you about the shipping expenses in the e-mail with the invoice or send you a slip together with your invoice. The shipping expenses include the postal charges, the packaging and the working time. If you wish your items to be shipped, please add these expenses to the final amount of your invoice. When your payment has reached our account we will dispatch your item(s) as soon as possible. We ask for your patience in case of delivery delays. Shipping orders are processed in order.
Please note that the calculation of shipping costs takes more time for large orders, fragile objects or foreign shipments.
Once the package has been dispatched you will receive an e-mail notifying you of the tracking number. (Please note that depending on the configuration of your computer it is possible that this e-mail may be diverted to your spam folder.)
If the auctioned lots are furniture, objects with a high risk of breakage or large-format paintings, please pick them up or use a parcel service of your choice.
In case of personal collection, we ask you to make an appointment with us. Please note that the items have to be collected as soon as possible and not later than 3 weeks after the sale. In case you plan to collect your items later than that please let us know.
In order to protect the environment and in the spirit of sustainability, we kindly ask you to bring your own packaging material, blankets and boxes – if available.
