Bidding online

You can register in a few steps on our homepage and send us your bids online:

1) for registration go to www.auktionen-in-heidelberg.de, click on the login icon at the top right corner to get to “my account”.

2) fill out the fields marked with a red star in the right column and click on the field “open new account”. Automatically you will receive an email with your password which you can use every time you log in again.

3) After registration you can get to the catalogue over the header “auctions”. Click on the lot you are interested in and enter your bid. If you wish to participate on the phone, you have to bid the reserve price or at least € 100,- and then click on “telephone bid”. Please don’t forget to click on “I have read the terms and conditions of sale and accepted.” and “I agree that my information will be stored for the purpose of processing the request and accept the privacy policy.

You can also choose to pick up your items yourself or shipping.

4) We kindly ask new customers who bid € 1000,- or more to load up a photocopy of their ID, passport or/and credit card (both sides) as a statement of credibility.

5) To submit your bid, click on “send”. You will receive an email confirmation for every bid.
